I didn’t start Aksarben Financial Coaching to build a trendy financial brand.
I started it because I’ve seen how much stress financial disorganization creates — even in households that are doing well on paper.
Earlier in my life, I experienced seasons where money felt reactive instead of intentional. Income wasn’t necessarily the issue. Structure was.
When the system improved — when cash flow became visible and decisions were made with clarity — stress decreased.
That shift changed how I think about money. And it shaped how I coach today.
For more than two decades, my work has been connected to banking and financial systems.
I began my career in banking in 1999 and later transitioned fully into technology roles in 2002, much of that work tied directly to financial platforms, system conversions, and infrastructure.
